Workshop in nature to discover the connection between your foundations and nature. Become aware of how you are grounded and/or how you can physically manifest your dreams. Nature will bring you insights and show you all you need to know. We will wander around in nature, connect with the trees and do some exercises based on your connection with your foundations. I will show you how nature reveals more about yourself so you get to know yourself on a deeper level.
