Element walks water and air

Coming from the world of counselling and medication, I came to Trea looking for something new to help with my mood and negative thought patterns.

While I was hesitant at first to open myself to her way of thinking, I can say now that my time with Trea has been life changing.

I had no idea what to expect and I couldn’t be more surprised by what I’ve experienced with her.

Her unique methods opened pathways for me to learn so much about myself; how I think and feel, and how I perceive the world as I move through life. I am now convinced that a connection with nature is vital for a healthy and happy state of mind, and the more personal I can make this connection, the more fulfilled I can be.

Some of her exercises at first felt silly, or even self-conscious, but by her guidance she always led me to places of solemn reflection and to truly profound realisations about life and myself.

Trea is a wonderful person to be around, she was always so caring, and put me at ease immediately to working with her in this way. She listens, and understands, in a way that can only come from experience. I believe her knowledge and wisdom is born of life and goes deeply beyond any surface level ideas. The process is very professional too, with detailed note taking, very personal feedback and exercises tailored to your experiences. Every walk had been tested before my arrival, and were all paced in such a way that by the end of each, I felt I had been on a journey. I hope to work with her again.

For all this and more, my time with Trea will always be special to me.

5-day journey DISCOVER YOURSELF

You’ve given us the tools to reconnect with nature, and to feel the energy that flows between all of us. Sonia and I will be able to reinforce your teachings everyday, as we help each other to remember the different elements, and how to connect with them to calm ourselves, and practice mindfulness. I’ve always felt at peace in nature, but after our experiences with you, my connection with nature and the elements will be much deeper. The warm and sunny weather was another unexpected bonus, making the whole five day journey relaxing, invigorating and refreshing, just what we needed after a year of lockdown. Thank you again for helping us to discover a different part of ourselves, that will continue to help us be more present and attentive, to the environment around us.

All the best,

Jim Holden, California, USA

5-day journey DISCOVER YOURSELF

My partner Jim and I were beginners in the world of nature and the elements and had no idea how our 5-day journey of self-discovery would make a difference in our lives. Trea could read us before we even met her for the first time, and knew, intuitively, why I was there, and she was right. I felt like my heart was blocked and on the very first day, with the element of water (emotions) at Chalice Well, I stood grounded between two trees and started crying. I was overcome with love for humanity, and this was on our first day of our journey. We had four more days of self-discovery through the elements of Air, climbing to the top of the Tor, discovering our passions through the element of Fire, and the Earth for energy and finally, connecting these elements to our heart. What I learned was so intense; a gift from nature to my heart. Thank you Trea for showing me how balance, inner peace, and love are all possible once you allow nature into your heart.

3-day journey Embrace yourSelf

I’ve just experienced a most beautiful 3 day journey with Trea. She has created a unique healing process and we spent time in the powerful energies of Glastonbury, using the gifts of nature to bring harmony and balance. Trea is a gifted, kind intuitive and she works from her heart. I’ve done many workshops but this has made such a profound difference and I truly feel more grounded, lighter, brighter, balanced and in harmony with myself.

5-day journey New Beginnings

Dear Trea, our first meeting was no coincidence! And my 5-day journey NEW BEGINNINGS a fact.

You guided me in a incredible roller coaster of releasing old energies and emotions, healing and balancing, getting in contact with my guide and boosting up my energy level.

I’ve learned that nature reflects me and my surroundings give me clues and signs and that there is a lot of spiritual support. This is a new beginning for me, and it is not ending……

Thanks for caring and guiding.

Love, power and wisdom from,

5-day journey DISCOVER YOURSELF

Wat was Glastonbury een bijzondere mooie ervaring! Geen foto kan vastleggen wat ik daar heb gezien en ervaren! In een vogelvlucht: loslaten, herkenning, inzicht, openbaring, opruimen. Trea, Thank you for your guidance, trust and warm welcome.

5-day journey NEW BEGINNINGS

One on One Discovery Tour

One-on-one discovery tour

Trea had keen insight into what I needed on my walk as she is very grounded and spiritually open. She knew when to give me space in order to have direct connection with the land and also when I needed her support and her knowledge. It was truly a life changing experience to have Trea as my spiritual guide on this Sacred Land.

I would highly recommend take a one-on-one tour and pilgrimage with Trea!

3 Days Element Journey

” I can highly recommend Treyade Studio’s 3 day element journey. I came open-minded and left in awe! In awe of nature, the elements, the energies that lie deep within Glastonbury and of myself! My self-discovery turned into self- awareness and deep meaning. I left the journey truly knowing myself. I suggest that you too take the time to go ‘off-grid’ and re-connect with your Self. Trea’s gentle guidance and deep understanding of energies and her wondrous surroundings will definitely enlighten you.”

5-day journey DISCOVER YOURSELF

“Trea, I saw your flyer for the 5-day DISCOVER YOURSELF in nature and I joined. We withdrew in the beautiful nature of Glastonbury. You challenged me – through tasks, warm conversations and with a sense of humor – to look at myself and to be the best me I can be. I had some barriers to concur and you gave me, when I needed it, appropriately that little push to continue. And yes, I gave the best of myself and the beauty is, I still do that, every day. I will come to Glastonbury again for a continuation. Namaste.”

Godelieve Keunen, Belgium, 59 years old and so very thankful what I experienced and learned these 5 days.
