You’ve given us the tools to reconnect with nature, and to feel the energy that flows between all of us. Sonia and I will be able to reinforce your teachings everyday, as we help each other to remember the different elements, and how to connect with them to calm ourselves, and practice mindfulness. I’ve always felt at peace in nature, but after our experiences with you, my connection with nature and the elements will be much deeper. The warm and sunny weather was another unexpected bonus, making the whole five day journey relaxing, invigorating and refreshing, just what we needed after a year of lockdown. Thank you again for helping us to discover a different part of ourselves, that will continue to help us be more present and attentive, to the environment around us.

My partner Jim and I were beginners in the world of nature and the elements and had no idea how our 5-day journey of self-discovery would make a difference in our lives. Trea could read us before we even met her for the first time, and knew, intuitively, why I was there, and she was right. I felt like my heart was blocked and on the very first day, with the element of water (emotions) at Chalice Well, I stood grounded between two trees and started crying. I was overcome with love for humanity, and this was on our first day of our journey. We had four more days of self-discovery through the elements of Air, climbing to the top of the Tor, discovering our passions through the element of Fire, and the Earth for energy and finally, connecting these elements to our heart. What I learned was so intense; a gift from nature to my heart. Thank you Trea for showing me how balance, inner peace, and love are all possible once you allow nature into your heart.

Wil je echt werk maken om een nieuwe fase in je leven op te starten, wat dan ook?… ik wilde dat zeker. En dankzij Trea heb ik een grote sprong voorwaarts gemaakt. Deze workshop “A new beginning” was voor mij een vervolg op “Discover yourself” Voor mij het perfecte traject. Doch ik weet ook zeker dat dit niet voor iedereen een must is. Wil je graag een nieuwe wending aan je leven geven of iets nieuws opstarten, … deze workshop leerde mij om mijn doel goed te beschrijven, valkuilen te detecteren en het geloof in mijn eigen kunnen nog te versterken. En dit gebeurde voornamelijk buitenshuis, in en rond het mooie Glastonbury. Trea leeft zich in in jou en zorgt, dankzij haar scala aan opdrachten, dat jij je grenzen verlegt en toch veilig voelt .. ik ben tot meer in staat dan ikzelf voor ogen had. Ik weet wat ik wil, ik weet hoe ik het ga aanpakken en ik ben direct aan de slag gegaan. Net 60 jaar geworden en mijn leven bruist. Ik wil maar zeggen : verandering kan je op even welk moment in je leven :-). Dankbaar dat Trea mijn pad kruiste en mij hier in begeleidde.
