DESCRIPTION:Workshop in nature to discover the connection between your foundations and nature. Become aware of how you are grounded and/or how you can physically manifest your dreams. Nature will bring you insights and show you all you need to know. We will wander around in nature\, connect with the trees and do some exercises based on your connection with your foundations. I will show you how nature reveals more about yourself so you get to know yourself on a deeper level. \nINGREDIENTS: \n\nwander in Nature\nshort visualization to open your heart and connect with your foundations\nexercises to receive insights about this part of yourself\ncollecting natural material\ndiscover how nature mirrors this part of you\nraise your awareness\nworkshop after the walk\n\nThe walk start at 10am and will take a few hours. There are several stops and we will have a lunch along the way (please bring a lunch with you). There will be a workshop after the walk to make a tangible memory of this day.  \nCOSTS: \n\n £85 per person (group maximum of 4 people)\n £135 one-on-one
