We walk around in nature, connect with the trees and work with nature to get to know yourself in a different way. I will show you how nature gives you the tools to discover more about your emotional side and how nature can help you balance them and how she reveals the things you need to know. After the walk there will be workshop to make a tangible memory of this day.
