DESCRIPTION:Workshop in nature to discover the connection between nature and your emotions. Receive insights about this part of yourself and learn to trust your intuition. We walk around in nature\, connect with the trees and work with nature to get to know yourself in a different way. I will show you how nature gives you the tools to discover more about your emotional side and how nature can help you balance them and how she reveals the things you need to know. After the walk there will be workshop to make a tangible memory of this day. \nINGREDIENTS: \n\nwander around in Nature\nshort visualization to connect your heart with nature\nconnecting with your emotional side\nexercises to receive insights about your emotions\ncollecting natural material\ndiscover how nature mirrors your emotions\nworkshop after the walk\n\nThe walk start at 10am and will take a few hours. There are several stops and we will have a lunch along the way (please bring a lunch with you).
